We are in network with several major insurance companies, including Aetna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare. We will work with you to check your benefits and coverage.

We happily accept self-pay clients. Our rates are $170 for intake sessions and $150 for therapy sessions.

Nope! You can use a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone for telehealth sessions.

We encourage you to reach out to us through email if you need to communicate with us between sessions. We do our best to respond in 24 business hours.

We do not provide 24/7 crisis support. If you are in a mental health crisis, we encourage you to call 911 (request a mental health crisis response team if your area has one), or go to your nearest emergency room. The suicide crisis line, 988, is another valuable resource.
