one-on-one Therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process where together we identify areas for personal growth and develop skills that can support you in finding balance and reaching your goals. We provide virtual therapy serving all of North Carolina and Vermont. Reach out and schedule a free 15 minute consultation!

We are in-network with most Aetna, Optum, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare plans.
Our self-pay (non-insurance) rate is $170 for initial clinical intake session and $150 for a therapy session.
Clinical supervision

Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate or a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina in need of clinical supervision? Laura is a Qualified Supervisor and would love to talk to you about working together.

We charge a sliding scale fee of $80-$120 that is inclusive of weekly supervision meetings and required paperwork.
Couples counseling

Wanting a safe space to process relationship conflict, develop communication skills, deepen intimacy, or strengthen connection with your partner? We offer relationship and couples therapy based in the research-backed Gottman Method.

Relationship therapy is a service not covered by insurance. Our rate is $200 for initial sessions and $175 for subsequent sessions.
