supporting clinician self-care and building clinical skills
Laura provides individual supervision for licensed Clinical Social worker associates and Licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor Associates in North carolina.
I love supporting therapists in their professional growth!
I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker serving in various capacities. As a therapist, I have provided outpatient clinical services to clients in the home, community, school, nonprofit, office, and telehealth settings. I have worked with children ages 5+ through adults, primarily focusing on transition-age young adults and adults. I’ve been a field instructor for MSW students from local universities, and began offering clinical supervision in 2014.
Through this experience has grown a passion for supporting fellow clinicians in finding their strengths, voice, and unique role in the mental health field.

Step one
Schedule a consult call
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to all potential supervisees. Together we will discuss your needs and goals for supervision, as well as my style and what I can offer through working together.
Step two
Meeting together
I offer hourly individual supervision over HIPAA compliant video platform weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and licensure requirements.
Step Three
Complete Paperwork
All paperwork and payment methods will be filled out electronically. I will keep records of our supervision sessions, and you should keep your own records as well. I complete necessary licensure paperwork (such as 6-month reviews and quarterly reports) depending on your licensure requirements.
